Thanks to Carnegie Corporation of New York, we have $500,000 to fund research projects on the civic development of high-school-age youth.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, I&#8217;m on my way to Spain today, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.educared.net\/congresoiii\/programa.htm\">for an education conference<\/a>. I&#8217;m not sure whether I&#8217;ll post from there; I may.
