The report considers how to build the civic and institutional capacity for resilient and just communities in face of the twin crises of climate and democracy. It was published by <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.tufts.edu\/civicgreen\/\">Civic Green<\/a>, an initiative of Tisch College.<br><br>More than sixty scholars, as well as practitioners from civic and professional associations and all levels of the federal government, contributed to the report.
