Herzberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I contribute a chapter entitled \u201c&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.academia.edu\/40558206\/_What_Should_We_Do_The_Bloomington_School_and_the_Citizen_s_Core_Question_\">What Should We Do?\u2019 The Bloomington School and the Citizen\u2019s Core Question<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I argue that Elinor Ostrom&#8217;s thought offers powerful resources for people who see themselves as active members of communities (&#8220;citizens&#8221;).
