Cahn has been trying to improve the relationship between citizens and governments since 1964, when, as executive assistant to Sargent Shriver, he helped to implement the mandate to achieve the \u201cmaximum feasible participation\u201d of the poor in\u00a0 anti-poverty programs. Later he founded the Citizens&#8217; Advocate Center and co-founded the Antioch School of Law, helping to invent clinical law programs. And now, to illustrate his new book <em>No More Throw-Away People: The Co-Production Imperative<\/em> (which I haven\u2019t read), he has produced this great claymation video on engaging citizens.
